- Keeping proper security staff logs and attendance registers.
- Screening and recording the details of every visitors.
- Issuing of entrance passes to the visitors as per the policy of the management escorting them to the concerned officer and keeping strict watch on their movements.
- Making the attendance of staff workers on registers through punching machine (if so desired by the Management.)
- Submitting of daily log in on security matters to the Management.
- Checking and keeping proper records of all incoming and Outgoing material through gate passes and challans.
- Day and Night surprise checks by posted and central staff and submitting of necessary reports.
- Preventing misuse of water, electricity and transport.
- Keeping proper records of issue and receipt of keys .
- Arrangement and maintenance of Fire fighting equipment (This would be done for an additional fee.)
- Investigating accidents and other activities (on agreed fees if desired.)
- Surprise Checking of stores and Equipment. The Central Staff at an extra fee does this.
- Surprise checks of Officer’s Car/Staff members as may be directed by the management.

Additional Benefits |
- At the time of labour unrest, we would deploy requisite number of additional security staff at a very short notice. Our staff shall also co-ordinate in setting the labour and management disputes. We shall also maintain complete liaison with local police.
- Liaison shall be maintained with all relevant Govt. e.g. ESI, PF, Labour Department etc. by our head Officer. Management at the time of distress can avail of these facilities.
- In case you would be interested, we can also provide you with other categories of unskilled manpower e.g. sweeper, helper, mail, peon etc. The rates for these services can be provided to you in case you would be interested.
- At an additional cost 500/- per month, we can provide you with a metal detector, so that frisking of works can be conducted on scientific line. This creates psychological fear among the workers and helps in controlling theft/pilferage.
- From time to time, we submit our security report to expose weak points in the security of factory and offer remedial action and suggestion for improvement if any.

Submission of Bills |
Monthly bills will be raised on 2nd of every months to the company enclosed with the verified attendance sheet from the concerned department and photocopy of challans for ESI and PF. |

Service Period |
The initial contract is for one year, subsequently extendible. We undertake not to withdraw our security during notice for revocation/termination of contract, with be of two months duration. We further agree that you shall reserve the right of immediate withdraw of our staff on payment of two months charges in lieu of notice period. |
